A product that looks good on screen may not match your project requirements – and finding that out after delivery is expensive.
That’s why Sunithgrass offers samples before you place a bulk order. A physical sample lets you check the fiber texture, confirm the color under natural light, and test the backing strength. It also helps you show your own clients what they are getting – making it easier to close deals.
We make sampling simple. No complicated process, no hidden fees. Just a straightforward way to verify our artificial grass quality before you commit.
Sample Types & Specs
We offer two types of samples depending on your needs:

For standard samples, we keep common specs in stock and ship the same day. For custom samples, we produce them to your exact requirements – using the same materials and machines as bulk production.
If you need multiple product lines for comparison – say, landscape turf vs. pet turf – we can include up to 3 different samples in one shipment.
Cost & Shipping
Here is our policy – clear and simple:
Sample cost: Free. We cover the production cost of the samples.
Shipping cost: Buyer covers the courier fee. You can either:
Option 1: Direct Shipping
Send us your full address and zip code. We will check the freight cost. After you pay the courier fee, we will ship the sample and update you with the tracking number.
Option 2: Via Your Freight Forwarder
If you have a forwarder in China, provide their warehouse address. We will calculate the shipping cost to them. Once the fee is paid, we will send the sample to your forwarder.
Shipping fee deduction: If you place a formal order after receiving the sample, we will deduct the shipping cost from your first order invoice.
This policy applies to both standard and custom samples. No hidden charges, no surprises.

How to Request a Sample
Getting a sample from Sunithgrass takes four simple steps:

Step 2: Tell us which product you are interested in – including pile height, color preference, or any specific requirements.
Step 3: Provide your full shipping address and contact details. If you have a DHL/FedEx account number, please share it – this will speed up the process.
Step 4: We confirm the shipping cost, produce/ship your sample, and send you the tracking number.
That is it. No lengthy paperwork, no approval process. Just a fast, transparent way to evaluate our artificial grass.
Yes. You can request samples for up to 3 different product lines in one shipment. This is helpful if you are comparing options for different project types.
We produce samples using the same materials, machines, and quality standards as bulk production. The pile height, density, and color you see in the sample match what you will receive in the container. We also keep batch records for traceability.
Let us know what does not work – color, texture, or any other aspect. We can adjust the specification and send a revised sample. We want you to be confident before placing a bulk order.
