From 8 Machines to 40+ Countries – This Is How We Built It

The numbers above tell you what Sunithgrass can do: 8 tufting machines, 30,000m² daily output, 40+ countries served. But numbers don’t tell you how we got there. They don’t show the late nights, the trial runs, the conversations with clients that shaped our approach. The timeline below walks you through our journey – from a small workshop to a trusted artificial grass supplier for wholesalers worldwide. A decade of experience isn’t just about time. It’s about learning what works and what doesn’t. Read on to see what that actually looks like.

The Sunithgrass Story

2016 – The Start
The artificial grass industry in China was growing fast. We set up our factory in Hebei that year, focusing on fence grass, sports turf, and landscape grass. Limited capacity meant longer lead times, but we learned as we grew.
2018–2020 – Scaling Up
We added more machines and production stabilized. But larger orders brought new problems – bulk quality sometimes didn't match the sample. We realized we needed a proper QC system, not just visual checks.
2020–2022 – The Pandemic Years
When COVID hit, we had to shut down temporarily. Many factories didn't survive. We resumed operations at the earliest legal opportunity because our overseas clients' contract orders were waiting. That period taught us that reliability matters most when things get hard.
2022–2024 – Better Equipment
We invested in two British Cobble tufting machines to improve batch-to-batch consistency. Internal testing showed a measurable reduction in fiber pull-out issues and better uniformity across production runs. Clients noticed fewer quality concerns.
2024–2026 – Growth and Branding
We grew to 60 production staff, added a new drying line, and expanded our raw material warehouse by 8,000 square meters, and built up stock of popular landscape turf. So the shipping speed improved by about 20%. In early 2026, we launched Sunithgrass as our brand.

We start from plastic pellets – not pre-made yarn

We extrude our own PE and PP fibers from raw pellets. Every batch is inspected before it enters our warehouse. Only yarn that passes our quality checks goes into production.

That means full control over material quality and cost. No middleman markups. Wholesalers get consistent artificial grass rolls at factory-direct prices.

Wide product range, tailored solutions

We supply multiple types of artificial grass: football turf, padel turf, landscape lawns, putting greens, and more.

Not every project has the same requirements. Share your budget and application, and we will recommend the right product—whether you need sand-filled or non-infill turf, or any pile weight you specify.

Our quotes are not just single prices. We prepare three options for each project, so you can compare and choose the best fit. Let us handle the selection.

Honesty is our bottom line

We never lie to clients or make promises we can’t keep. That rule has built our trust with longterm partners.

We ship on time, every time. If there is a delay, we tell you before the production date passes, not after. Before we seal each container, we take photos of the loaded rolls and send them to you for confirmation. You see exactly what goes into the box.

When something goes wrong, we own it. We do not hide. We do not blame others. We fix it fast and talk about fair compensation.

We treat people with sincerity and do our work with dedication. That is how we do business and how we keep our promises.
